Since our products are delivered instantly in digital format, our return and refund policies are tailored to suit the unique nature of these products.

1. Nature of Our Products

All products offered by Study Capsule are digital and downloadable.

Once the product has been purchased and delivered, it cannot be physically returned.

Due to this non-returnable nature, we maintain a strict “No Refund” policy, except in specific cases outlined below.
2. Non-Refundable Purchases

All purchases on Study Capsule are final and non-refundable.

We request customers to review the product description, syllabus coverage, and subject details carefully before making the payment.

3. Eligible Refund Scenarios
Although refunds are generally not provided, Study Capsule may consider them under the following exceptional cases:

Duplicate Payment

If you accidentally make the same payment more than once for a single product, we will process a refund of the duplicate transaction after verification.

Technical Issues in Access
- If you experience a genuine technical issue that prevents you from downloading or accessing your purchased study material, our support team will assist you in resolving it.
- Refunds or replacements will only be considered if the issue originates from Study Capsule’s system or delivery process and remains unresolved after verification.
- Please note that no refund or replacement will be issued for technical issues arising due to the student’s device, internet connection, or software incompatibility.

Incorrect Product Delivery (System Error)

If due to a rare system error, you receive a study material different from what you purchased, we will provide you with the correct product or process a refund.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund under the eligible conditions, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of purchase.

You may be asked to provide payment details, transaction ID, screenshots or screen recording videos to verify the issue.

Once approved and verified, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. No Exchange Policy

Products once purchased cannot be exchanged.

For example, if you purchase Class 10 Mathematics notes, they cannot later be exchanged for Class 10 Science or any other subject.
6. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure that you use a valid email address while purchasing, as digital products are delivered electronically.

Check your spam/junk folder if you do not see the download email in your inbox.

Save and back up your downloaded files after purchase since links may expire.
